95 Stories to California Foster Centers

Hoping everyone is staying safe and healthy! Today, Fiction for Kids donated 95 stories via mail to the San Diego County Foster Parents Association and Alternative Family Services centers.

We donated 29 stories to the San Diego County Foster Parents Association, including a combination of English and Spanish editions to accommodate as many readers as possible.

Alternative Family Services serves over 1,500 children annually throughout Northern California, helping to support youth from 0 to 23 years old. We donated 42 English editions, two copies of our most popular stories. We're excited to have donated our new publication Feeling Squirrely for the first time this fall! We also donated 24 Spanish editions to accommodate Alternative Family Services' Spanish speaking clients. Approximately 20% of their clients are Spanish Speaking, and we're thrilled to be able to help support them!
